Windows 10: an e-mail for windows 10

Other than Thunderbird, does anyone have knowledge of an e-mail program that can be used in Windows 10 using my same username and domain?

Junk Mail Folder in Windows 10 Mail App

I have two user accounts set up on my computer - a User Account with Administrative Privileges and a User Account without Administrative Privileges. Each have their separate Outlook e-mail accounts. I have both Outlook e-mail accounts set up in the Windows
10 mail app in the User Account. If I get junk e-mail in the User e-mail account it will show up in the Windows Mail app junk folder. However, if I get junk mail in the Admin User e-mail user account, those e-mails do not show up in the Windows 10 mail app
junk folder. If I go to Outlook.com and call up my Admin User e-mail account the e-mails are in the junk e-mail folder.

How do I get those Admin User account e-mails to show up in the Windows 10 Mail app junk folder? I am constantly having to go and read e-mails on my Admin User Outlook e-mail account at Outlook.com in order to make sure valid e-mails have not been sent
to the junk e-mail folder. This sorta defeats the purpose of having the Admin User Outlook e-mail account set up in the Windows 10 Mail app.

Email problems

My E - Mail has not yet synced!!! How can I fix it? Also since installing Windows 10 I can still access my E-Mail account through BT but when I try to print an E-Mail my printer, rather than just print the E-Mail prints the whole page, including mail account,
list of E-mails, the E-Mail itself and the adverts. This means I really cannot print the E-Mail! Hoow do I get to just print the E-Mail as it was prior to Windows 10? Printer is a Cannon MG 4250.

 

Most all installable E-Mail Clients can use the same username/address and password but the conflict comes with which one is allowed to make the final download from the E-Mail Server. An optional/second Client I use comes with the free SeaMonkey browser install, nice to keep my Hotmail.com and Outlook.com accounts separate.

 

Hello Berton, Years ago, with either Win 98SE, or XP, I did open an Hotmail acct., but I don't want using that. I had also created another ID and PW - which I've been using.

If I can open a Windows 10 e-mail account using using the username and password that I used in WLM and am using in Thunderbird, without causing a problem, I'll do that. Just to check and see if that e-mail is a bit less complex. I have three other friends that would go along with change, if better. Thanks.
