Windows 10: An empty window is poping randomly on desktop (Pic inside)

Hey, for some reasons a random empty window is poping just above the taskbar, it will pop every 10-15 mins and will stay for 1 min and then disapear. I didnt installed any software or visited weird websites.

I have tried many things to get rid of it but nothing seems to work :

- Disabled every programs at startup

- Full scan with AVG and Malwarebyte

- Killed every active process in task manager whenever it pops

- Rebooted

PowerShell randomly poping-up in tool bar

Just to verify, do you have any scheduled tasks that uses Powershell? Scheduled tasks makes Powershell window appear periodically on your computer, therefore we suggest that you check the Task Scheduler. Here are the steps:

• Click on Start.
• In the search bar, type Task Scheduler and click on
  
  Task Scheduler in the results.
• Under Active Tasks, check for any tasks that use Powershell and the scheduled time.

If the issue still persist, we suggest that you run a Windows Defender scan to see if it will pick up any malware that the first scan missed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
