    An error 4163 after SSD installing


    Hello. I have BSD error 41 63 0x00000124. The error started to occur after replacement of an old HDD to new Kingston KC600 SSD. It is second drive in my system: Windows is installed on the first SSD and there wasn't any changes with it. Only replacement of second drive.I checked new SSD with firmware and with CrystalDisc and found no issues. The latest drivers installed. No overheating. What I can do else to find out a problem?I also tried to analyze memory dump file and only found string "FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0x124_0_GenuineIntel_PROCESSOR__UNKNOWN_IMAGE_GenuineIntel.sys"

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Hi,

    Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

    Please reply to the following questions to help you further:

    • Have you installed Windows in SSD or in HDD?
    • How are you moving the applications to SSD?
    • What is the error code/message you get when the computer crashes?

    In the meantime, I suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps in the article
    Fix problems with apps from Microsoft Storeand see
    if that helps in resolving the issue.

    You can also, download the Chipset and Storage drivers from the manufacturer website of the motherboard and update them.
