Please give steps to open the paths to Program Files

If you want to open File Explorer to your C: drive without any registry tweaks, you'll need to do so from a shortcut you create.

1. Open File Explorer to This PC.
2. Right-click Winndows (C and select Create Shortcut:
   
   
   
3. Clock OK in the altert dialog:
   
   
   
4. And you'll have a shortcut on your Desktop:
   
   
   

 

Context Menu - Open With (Windows Suggested List)

OS: Windows 10 Pro x64 22H2
Diagram 'A' shows Windows' suggested programs
Diagram 'B' shows the extended list

I have been trying to edit the context menu's "Open with" list of Windows' suggested programs for the .mp3 extension.
I'm not talking about the extended list, but rather the programs that first appear 'before' the "choose another app" option.
If you look at Diagram 'A' you will see the preliminary list generated by Windows, this is the list I am looking to modify.
I have an .mp3 editor named Goldwave that I use for editing audio files, however, I do not want to change the preliminary program Windows uses to open .mp3s. My .mp3s should remain assigned to Winamp Player.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

Artifacts appearing in game, most commonly with two or more programs running

Please don't spam my thread with off-topic stuff, i'm not bothered as to if it's common to open multiple applications or not i simply said what I said to ask the question "based on that assumption what could cause them to not get the issue occur if it were a drivers error, or would this rule out the possibility of it being a driver error?"

Also i've noticed that the graphics issue also appears within the alt tab box (when u hold alt tab and it gives a list of programs you can swap to) even when i'm running only 1 graphical application.
