I bought a new laptop a few days ago. Since I already have purchased Windows 10, I bought a laptop without any OS. This is not the first time I did this. After following the solution from the video, my laptop turned on and had no drivers and no apps installed on it just Edge and nothing else. Error: No work available to process

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.

 

Windows 10 Critical Process died

The error Critical Process died mainly occur due to the driver corruption.

As the issue occur after plugging Internet dongle, so might be the driver for the Internet dongle is outdated or got corrupted.

If you are unable to boot in to the system, after the error occur, I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Repair your computer using Windows 10 installation media.

Follow the below steps:

  Create installation media for windows 10.
  
  Refer to the below link:

• 
  Insert the Windows 10 installation DVD in the DVD ROM and restart your computer.
  
• 
  After you boot your computer using Windows DVD or System Repair Disc, a black screen appears with gray text "Press any key to boot from DVD". Press any key.
  
• 
  Select the correct time and Keyboard type.
  
• 
  Click Repair your computer in the lower left corner.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instruction.
  

Step 2: Download and install the latest internet dongle driver from the manufacturer’s website and check if it helps.



If you are able to boot in to the system, then just follow step 2.
