Windows 10: an error occured durig fresh restart and know asking for recovery key

I have Haier laptop Y 11 c. An Error Occured during fresh restsart and window could not stsrt properly and know asking for recovery key for system restore. also an warning message appear on screen that "an unknown error occur to hard ware" plz guide me to solve problem

ATI tool error occured`

Everytime i install Ati tool,once i restart my computer,a box will show me that the error occured when open ATI tool,i have try a few version,but the problem didn't change.It just keep tell me that it encounter a problem when open ATI tool and ask me to send error report.
What is the problem?I had already try format my computer and install the other version of Window XP but cannot run it also.

win 10 suddenly not asking for pw on screen saver end

This issue might occur due to corrupted user account settings. I suggest you to perform the steps below and check if this helps.
