Windows 10: An Error Occured During Startup

I need to preface this by saying I am not computer-savy at all. I recently downloaded an application called Twine, and today I attempted to move it's file from my local disk C: to a SSD card "New Volume D:" From there, I tried opening Twine again but the only thing I get is a popup that says "An Error occured during startup; EPERM: operation not permitted, mkdir 'D:\"I thought maybe putting the file back on my local disk C: would help, so I uninstalled the entire application, went back to the website, redownloaded the application file but set the location to Local Disk C:. But I still get

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• In the lock screen, Press the Shift key and click on power icon.
• Click on Restart anyway.
• After the system goes to the recovery environment, click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup repair.
