Windows 10: An internal error occured while installing directX

I got a new computer and installed some games, the steam launch failed to install DirectX so I went to manually do it and it failed due to some internal error, quite annoying since it's a new computer and shouldn't be having BS problems like this.

Windows Version: Windows 10 Pro 64bit Version 1803 (OS Build 17134.191)

Computer: Alienware Area 51 R5

All drivers and bios are up to date.

Directx Version is 12.
What do I do?

I would upload my dxdiag file but I can't find a button to do it.

I tried to install a game called warframe. The data was downloaded properly and needed directX to be installed which it did automatically. The setup unfortunately failed as directX couldn't be installed and the game is now unplayable as long as i don't install
directX. I tried installing DirectX through web installers and through offline installer but both gave the errors as follows:

An internal system error occurred.

Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem.

I've tried different versions of directx but all give the same error.

What can i do now?

"DirectX Setup Error: An internal error occurred" Hello I have this problem with all the games installed on origin, in particular, Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2 an Mass Effect 3. Thank you. This problem has occurred with Windows 10

What Origin told me as Fellow with the Error Codes:

We've encountered a problem
Mass Effect: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:1

Mass Effect 2: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:1

Mass Effect 3: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again in a few moments. Error: 327684:1

Here is the Steps I have taken:

If you go into the Origin games folder for the games in question and run the DXSETUP from there, does that make any difference? This file is normally localed in __Installer\directx\redist or a similar location within the game
folder.
