Windows 10: "An operating system wasn't found." No Windows folder on drive

Hi there, I wanted to install Windows 10 on my laptop instead of 8 version. I used pendrive as an installation hard drive. Everything was good and I made smth wrong on the step of choosing the disk to install the Windows. As I understood, I cleaned everything on my disk and nothing is there now. Firstly I had error "No bootable device -- insert boot disk and press any key". Somehow I solved that one, but now I have other one " An operating system wasn't found. Try disconnecting any drivers that don't contain an operating system. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart". After that I was trying to follow

An operating system wasn´t found. I tried to make a new clean installation wich should delete everything but the installation couldn´t complete due to an error.

My win10 installation did work badly. I tried to make a new clean installation wich should delete everything but the installation couldn´t complete due to an error.

Looks to me that there´s no operatings systemon the disk and the disk is the only drive to select for boot order in BIOS.

Have I lost my ASUS Eee PC 1225B?

Do I have to install a new disk with the Windows 10 in the PC?

Can't found OS on startup, After i set my drive active in an other copy of windows.
