I have Windows10 Dell laptop....How can I get rid of an extremely intrusive, overbearing, nonstop buildup of sizable ads all over my computer screen. If McAfee Anti-virus was the first, last or only pushers of such, I swear I'd sacrifice any computer I've ever owned rather then let McAfee in or near my computer. It's like an on screen terrorist attack. How does one get this invasion gone?

    Anti-Virus

Probably your computer came with a preinstalled McAfee trial which you should uninstall properly...

    Also please read
    this
    post.

After rebooting Windows Defender should get automatically enabled.

I use and recommend the free browser extensions uBlock Origin and Ghostery...

I am running windows 10 and have Mcafee installed and I added Hitman anti malware and virus. Will the two programs conflict?

    * Original title: windows 10 anti virus

I am running windows 10 and have Mcafee installed and I added Hitman anti malware and virus.

Will the two programs conflict? It appears to me that this violates the two antivirus rule.

What do you suggest I do?

    Thanks for the help.

    McAffee and Emsisoft Anti Malware

I personally use Emsisoft Anti-Malware and IMO it is far better than McAfee...

If you decide to use Emsisoft, please make sure to fully uninstall McAfee with the help of their specific removal tool from this List
    of anti-malware product removal tools
    before you install Emsisoft.

    FYI:

I've asked a moderator to remove the best buy link in your post. If you want to buy Emsisoft Anti Malware then it's best to go directly to their site: emsisoft.com
