Hello. My name is Daniel Livshitz. I have been a customer of yours for many years for the Microsoft Office home program and pay 40 shekels every month. For the last three months, for reasons I don't understand, 75 shekels have been deducted from my Microsoft*Subbygame IV account on the 14th of the month from my Master Card card. I have blocked the card several times and this charge still continues to be deducted. What should I do? I do not have any subscription for this amount with you.

    :)
