occurs when removable storage device is removed while it’s in use or it is failing. We'd like to ask few questions so we can isolate your concern properly.Kindly answer the following:

• How did you perform clean install? Did you us a USB drive as your media creation tool?
• Are you seeing the error message in the recovery mode or once the boot completed?
• did you make any hardware or software changes to your computer prior to the issue?

Did you have any external or flash drives plugged in by USB that might have been unplugged without safely removing?

Check if Safely Remove Hardware is still the default or it's been changed to the new default:

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.
