Windows 10: An unknown application: il Longman.exe

I'm facing this endless problem that's been going on for 2 days now.After the installation had been completed, I've been told to restart my computer, so I did. Everything looks fine, but then I notice an unnamed application comes up out of nowhere. I don't know what I installed and I'm trying to find out what's costing this.I can only see it when switching windows, but I can't even interact with it. No matter how many times I closed this unnamed application, it'll open right up again. When I went to my Temp folder, I notice a lot of folders with a random code and .tmp next to it, but all of th

Unknown Publisher when trying the installer(exe/msi) on windows 10

I'm using Visual Studio 2019 and have build "Installers(msi/exe)" using "Setup Wizard".

When i'm running the set.exe installer, the application "publisher" is being reported as "Unknown".

I've gone through some references and found that the setup.exe needs to be digitally signed with the certificate. So,

i have followed below steps to add digital signature to the setup.exe

1. Create Digital certificate (https://knowledge.digicert.com/solution/SO26065.html)

2. Using signtool i have digitally signed setup.exe

After the installation had been completed, I've been told to restart my computer, so I did. Everything looks fine, but then I notice an unnamed application comes up out of nowhere. I don't know what I installed and I'm trying to find out what's costing this.

I can only see it when switching windows, but I can't even interact with it. No matter how many times I closed this unnamed application, it'll open right up again. When I went to my Temp folder, I notice a lot of folders with a random code and .tmp next to it, but all of them only have Longman.exe in them. Those random codes always start with the letter N.

Example: nse820A.tmp

What does this unnamed application do? If you close this unknown application, it will come right back up again after 2 or 5 seconds, it will not remain closed no matter what. If it's still running, then it will keep duplicating the same .tmp folder with random codes.

I've disabled every program named il doesn't work, and ending the task in the 'Processes' or 'Details' section doesn't work, it will open right back up again. I have to keep deleting those files, but no matter what I do. it'll keep duplicating until my disk space becomes full.

Is there any way I can get rid of this unknown application so this won't keep happening anymore?
