Windows 10: an unknown dll file error massage

hello,


when starting windows/logging in, I get the following error massage:

There was a problem starting V0530Pin.dll

The specified module could not be found.


There is no information about said dll file on the web.

Antivirus/antimalware scans did not find anything either.

ran sfc/ scannow command in command prompt which did not resolve the issue.


I will appriciate if anyone can help me with this.

At the top of that error dialog there should be a process or dll listed in the dialog header - what is listed there?

As an initial recommendation, we suggest that you disable your Startup programs to isolate the cause of the error. To do this, follow these steps:
