Windows 10: An unknown, mysterious program whose information I can’t find anywhere

While I was browsing through task manager I found a weird app called “MaplebarsuddenWD” which is run by a program called Ivory Air. I went to the program files and found the software named IvoryAir 32bit, by IvoryAirCorp. However, when I tried to search it up on google nothing came up. Also, this mysterious program runs automatically on startup. My pc has a history of virus attacks and I’m starting to think whether this is a malware or not since there is no information about this.The programs does not seem to do any harm to my pc and when I ran a virus check it was deemed to be safe. Thanks for your suggestion, but this is a prepaid phone --- no contract. As I said T-Mobile lists the number under an unknown carrier and suggested I contact Microsoft.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
