Windows 10: An unknown program consume my ram and battery when i plugin the charger

When i plug in the charger an unknown program is consuming ram and battery so much. I have closed the task again and again but it come back after sometimes. My laptop become slow and dull when the program is running. Laptop and charger become baking-hot. Also i installed new oswindows, but didn't work. How do I get rid of this problem?

NOT WINDOWS external charger

The model number of the phone is not really significant, it's just a quick way to find out the part number of the battery inside. The charger is designed for a specific battery number. If that is the number of your battery then the charger should work correctly, whether of not your phone is listed as a supported device.

 

Acer battery won't charge

What if the battery unremoveable? Should I disassemble and remove it? also there is a switch underneath the case and around the RAM slot that prevent the laptop to turn on when the case is open and without the charger. Is that the same as removing the battery? although when turned on with charger, the laptop still see the battery. Thanks

I took the report, the design capacity was 41.440 mWh but full charge capacity is now 25.752 mWh. Is it that bad? Before this happened I believe HWMonitor also show the same number with 38% Wear Level.

I'd suggest IrfanView + Plugin Pack (I've used it for ~10 years).

It lets you:

• View images (multiple formats)
• View videos (multiple formats)
• Listen to audio (multiple formats)
• Read txt & pdf files (probably other types too)

It's is one of the first programs I install in my Windows OS installs.
