I have an external hdd, i cannot open i tried chkdsk here is the result after stage 4Stage 4: Looking for bad clusters in user file data ... External Drive Fix Error(766f6c756d652e63 475 Error Code)

My external hdd shows "access denied location not accessible" i tried running a chkdsk comand using cmd after reachhin stage 4 and fixing some bad cluster files it birngs out an error code "an unspecified error occured (766f6c756d652e63 475 Error Code)

Attempts to check a disk with chkdsk fail with the error An unspecified error occurred (766f6c756d652e63 470).

The disk is a RAID0 set with two brand new SSDs

Unspecified error occurred (766f6c756d652e63 470) in Windows 10. I am in the command prompt. I havent downloaded anything recently at least not that i am aware of. Please help me!!!
