Windows 10: anavailable windows 10 product id in control panel>system and security>system and product...

i have bought acer swift 3 amd ryzen 5 laptop three to four minmon ago but now suddenly its windows activation page in settings is shown blank and the product Id in control panel>system and security>system shows product id : Not available

even after generating product key from windows powershell (admin) the generated original product key doesn't work on my lappy earlier i got error 0xC004E016 but i remived it using some cmd commands but the product key stl doesn't work and my windows 10 is still deactivated what should i do where do i get my product id and product key??????????

What is the purpose of Product ID?

What is the significance or relevance of the Product ID that is displayed in Control Panel>System>Windows Activation?

Surely, would’nt the Product Key not be most relevant rather than the Product ID? In actual fact, what purpose does the Product ID serve?
Would anyone know?

We appreciate the information you've provided regarding the product ID. To resolve your concern, we suggest that you do the following steps:

• Click on Start and type: Command Prompt.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type: wmic path SoftwareLicensingService get OA3xOriginalProductKey.
• Press Enter. That should give you the product key to type in the activation.

Is there a way to view my product key in windows 7?

For win7 just go to control panel > system and security > system. The product key will be at the bottom of the screen. That's how it is with mine at least.
