    The ' apostrophe key doesn't enter a character when pressed, and only enters a character when held. Subsequently, the @ character `shift + '` in UK layout behaves similarly.When switching to the English United States keyboard layout, the same `'` key works as expected.This issue persists when using the on-screen keyboard.I have checked accessibility settings, filter keys and sticky keys are off.I have re-installed both US and UK English languages.I have found a workaround to this using the keyboard manager from powertoys. I have remapped `ctrl + insert` to the text `'`, remapped `ctrl +

    I tried everything in my end and can't remove the English (United States) United Kingdom Keyboard.

    Sorry, I should have mentioned I brought the laptop yesterday. It is a Dell XPS 15. I did set up the installation and remember scrolling to find United Kingdom at the first step.
