Windows 10: android connects to windows 11 PC fine ....then it doesn't

Discus and support android connects to windows 11 PC fine ....then it doesn't in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Im trying to use android phone to take some pictures of items to sell online .     Im trying to use android phone to take some pictures of items to sell online . Everything worked fine until I had to unplug the phone for a few minutes so I could go take more pictures . Upon plugging back into same USB cable , nothing !In the end I had to restart both the phone and the PC to get things working again . It's a desktop PC INTEL I9-12900K running windows 11, 23H2There needs to be a quick , fast way to shut off all gimmicks ! Not some annoying way that requires press and hold while standing on your left leg facing east on Tuesday's !SOMETHING DIRECT AND SIMPLE ! Something lab
