Windows 10: Android Games just wont work

Android Games just wont play on my New HP Laptop!. I've downloaded Windows 11 Update & all is working Fine, Really Good in fact but for one thing & that's My Gaming Experience witch is the Only reason i bought a Laptop Now!, all Games Downloaded or Played through STEAM Work Great BUT & for me its a BIGGIE!, Any Games I Download Through GOOGLE PLAYSTORE on Android Emulator's such as NOX or BLUESTACKS will start to load up but then Crash or Lag so bad that that their Unplayable, Sometimes its so bad i have to turn off the Laptop by the power button & Restart because it Crashes th

I am looking for a lower to mid range PC which will be used in Development such as Android App development, java, DB and other related task, NO GAMING at all suggest some proper PC.

My Budget is INR 25,000, I have tried multiple build maker website but using core i3 6th ot 7th gen prices are going above 30,000. I dont have much knowledge about AMD, please suggest a build in the price I have given.
