Windows 10: Android problems

My android galaxy phone no longer registers on windows 10 to transfer files but will still charge on my pc. I have tried multiple cables and multiple usb ports. Please help...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Miracast problem with Dell 7537 and Android (Oneplus3)

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?
  
• Do you receive any error message while connecting?
  

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows key on your keyboard and type Connect. Now Windows will search for the available devices.
   
2. On your Android phone, go to Settings> Display > Cast Check if you have the option to enable the
   Wireless display on phone. This will display the Windows 10 device, select it to connect.
   

For more information, refer the Microsoft article on Project
to a wireless display with Miracast. This applies to Windows 8.1, but holds good for Windows 10. I suggest you to follow steps mentioned under ‘If you can’t add or connect to the wireless
display’.

If these methods doesn’t work, I would suggest you to post your query in ‘One
plus community forums’ as the issue occurs while using Android phone.
