Windows 10: Android USB tether issue

Hello.

I'm not sure if this is the correct topic, feel free to move


I have an issue where my phone hangs Task manager and Network properties when on 'USB Tether' on Windows 10.


if the phone connected to a PC and no tether via USB it works fine, but when I tether via USB after a minute or two it hangs 'Task manager' and 'Network properties' the rest is working ok.


I tried several USB ports and several USB cables, and different PC and the issue still persists.


Sometimes my PC just auto restarts. without any warnings.


Tethering with 'WiFi hotspot' works fine, I can use it but it's much slower than 'USB Tether'


Phone is : Xiaomi mi 10T 5G

any help is appreciated.

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt and then right-click
  Command Prompt in the list.
• Select Run as Administrator, and then select Yes.
• At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:
  • Type netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
  • Type netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /release and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
  • Type ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter

USB tethering SP3 Win10 Android 4.4.2

Hello as the title says I'm having issues tethering my computer.

I have a SP3 running Win 10 Pro. My phone is a Galaxy S4mini(GT-I9195) running Android 4.4.2

I am able to start the tethering on my phone (more networks, Tethering and mobile hotspot, USB tethering). My computer then sees a network (Network 6) and says No Internet.
