    Windows 10Android 10AllwaysyncI synchronise files between OneDrive and my pc with Allwaysync third party so that I can work offline.Allwaysync creates hidden folders in OneDrive containing copies of any changed files it syncs. This enables old versions to be reinstated.However, Word and Excel seem to hold onto the revised pathname when the copy is created in the hidden sync folders. So they open the wrong file. I expect them to open the same pathname in the original OneDrive folder. In the Recent Documents page both apps, the new path to the document in the sync folder is visible. It chang

    I cannot open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint

    I am working in Windows 10 home version 1909.
    Can not afford an upgrade.
    My Office files are old, dont know what version.
    Cant remember how I updated this laptop to Windows 10 months ago.
    PROBLEM:
    I can not open any of my Office files; Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
    I looked for my Windows old file as suggested, and it IS gone.

    excel file causes instability in "windows explorer"

    When I open an excel file by double clicking on the name in windows explorer, the file opens OK but at the same

    time, the explorer file list jumps up and down as it lists and de-lists the

    excel temp file. It is very distracting. I can close the explorer window or

    simply change to another folder. It occurs only on one of my computers and only on some excel files

    It happens only with excel files and not with word or acrobat

    Any suggestions where to look for the problem. We've reinstalled Office 10 and reset my windows profile. nothing helped so far.
