    Andy emulator is starting automatically


    Andy android emulator for Windows is starting automatically during windows startup and is placing a hidden
    icon on the secret icons area on the taskbar next to the clock. What should i do?

    The challenge you're experiencing with installing the software might be caused by a corrupted Windows system file. It would be nice if you can tell us more about your concern. Kindly answer the following questions:

    • Are you getting any error messages when installing the software?
    • Have you installed the latest updates for Windows 10?
    • If you have a third-party security software, have you tried temporarily disabling it and try to install the software?
    • What is the OS Build of your Windows 10 system? Click the
      Start button, type About your PC, press
      Enter, and then scroll down to
      Windows specifications to find this information.

    In the meantime, we recommend performing a clean boot to find out if any of the installed programs is causing the installation issue.
    A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program. For the steps on how to perform a
    clean boot, please refer to this support

    NOTE: Please go to the section:
    Reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting to boot the PC in normal startup after fixing the issue.

    try right-clicking on the Taskbar>>> Start Task Manager>>>Startup tab>>> and disable Andy if you see it there.
