    Animations not saving in Windows 10


    Hey there!

    I've been facing this problem for a while, and that is the Windows animations not saving. Every single time, I open the "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows" settings, check the app window animations, and save & close it.

    But, when I shutdown/restart the laptop and log into the laptop again, the changes I made had been lost. I then have to manually tick the boxes again, and I have to repeat this over and over just to keep the animations enabled.


    Any answers will make me very happy!

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Animations not saving

    Hey there!

    I've got yet another problem (I had another error problem a couple of days ago but was thankfully fixed with the help of someone else), and that problem is the Windows animations not saving.

    Every single time I start up Windows, I have to open "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows" and manually check the 'animation' boxes to enable the animations.

    I'd be very thankful for an answer! Animations not saving in Windows 10 :)
