Windows 10: Animations super buggy on Windows 11

I recently installed Windows 11, and it has a problem that, while minor, is super annoying to me! Some animations are silky smooth like they should be, but then others are just completely gone for no reason! If I hover over something like the virtual desktop viewer, the animation works, but then if I hover over an actual window, it just kind of... Pops into existence. Can anyone help me? The animations also do this for the new Task Manager, so I wouldn't be surprised if this issue exists in other places. I have an ASUS gaming computer, using AMD Ryzen 5 3400G with Radeon Vega Graphics, 8.0 GB

I suggest you to check the settings in Cortana and make sure all settings is turned on.

• Type cortana and settings in search bar
• Turn on all the settings listed.
