Windows 10: Anker SoundBud Slim+ Earphones not connecting to PC

I have Anker SoundBud Slim+ earphones that I'm trying to pair with my PC running Windows 10 pro. They were connected at first and worked properly as well, but then they started to refuse to connect to my PC. So, I 'forgot' the device on the PC and then tried pairing them again, yet to no avail. Now, they register as SoundBuds Slim+ when I'm trying to pair them, yet when I select them to pair, Windows says 'Connecting...' and then tells me that the device did not respond. The troubleshooting steps I have tried are:

• Re-installing the bluetooth drivers for my bluetooth card I obtained the drivers from the chipset manufacturers
• Resetting the pairing history on the device
• Running Windows Troubleshooter on the bluetooth

The headphones pair and connect perfectly fine to my phone and laptop, and the PC does not have issues with pairing and connecting to other bluetooth headsets and also bluetooth speakers.

Anker Soundbuds slim not connecting

I have what I believe is a working pair of anker soundbud slim headphones. However, when they are connected to my laptop (a lenovo ideapad s-340 with Windows 10) I cannot hear anything expect for some occasional static.

Also, when I am connected to Zoom with an LG bluetooth collar, it will randomly disconnect the mic so that no one else can hear me.

How can I fix this?

hey, I'm having some problems with anker soundbuds slim connecting to my lenovo ideapad 330sARR(running win10 ofc)

lots of static to the point where I can barely hear the sound at all. I had no problems with it for the past month or so but just today the problem occurred could you guys please help?
