    Anker Soundbuds slim not connecting


    I have what I believe is a working pair of anker soundbud slim headphones. However, when they are connected to my laptop a lenovo ideapad s-340 with Windows 10 I cannot hear anything expect for some occasional static.

    Also, when I am connected to Zoom with an LG bluetooth collar, it will randomly disconnect the mic so that no one else can hear me.


    How can I fix this?

    hey, I'm having some problems with anker soundbuds slim connecting to my lenovo ideapad 330sARR(running win10 ofc)

    lots of static to the point where I can barely hear the sound at all. I had no problems with it for the past month or so but just today the problem occurred could you guys please help?
