    In 2015 MS announced support for Windows 10 Mobile will end in January, 2018.

    This is nothing new.

    Windows 10 Mobile is still supported and receiving updates.

    Thanks for posting!

    I understand you have issues with WP8.1 update availability and settings for Office 365 on your Windows Phone.

    Once the update will be released for your device you will get notification on your phone. If you will have any issues with update delivery; please contact your Mobile Operator directly, as he is the one that delivers the update to your phone. Mobile Operators
    are responsible for Update delivery depending on the Country/Region and Make/Model.

    In regards to Office 365 mobile options, please contact Office 365 support;
