Fastest install ever 1hr 45mins

Was watching all activity during the install
CPU was more in use
the biggy was disc activity nowhere near previous levels
looks like UUP is working better

Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast Build 16273 for PC:

"We fixed an issue where the Full touch keyboard layout was unexpectedly not available at certain screen resolutions."

Still no Finnish layout available, English layout is. My device is Teclast X98 Plus with Retina 2048x1536 resolution. But "nou hätä", let's wait.

Sure seems so. Last 2 builds the time is way down. I/O still seems to be the biggy.

They have tried to fix the issue with importing shared virtual machines without having to do it with elevated privileges.

Now I get either Error that a file(folder) can not be found and sometimes I get an error that the VM is not valid.

On previous build I had no issues at all except for the permissions...MS has done more harm than good...go figure...

 

If I look at "C:\Windows\WindowsUpdate.log" it says

For more information, please visit MSN France: Hotmail, Outlook, actualités, météo, divertissement When I run the Get-WindowsUpdateLog PowerShell command I get the converted WindowsUpdate.log on my Desktop. The problem is it does not contain any information from the previous day, it starts at midnight,. In many cases I start the update before I go to bed then check on it in the morning and most times it's completed okay but I don't know how long it took. If the etl files in C:\Windows\logs spanned more than one day the information would be available.

Any idea why MS chose to save only a single days data in these log files?

 

Let's check if the auto wake issue in my laptop is fixed (not happening on my desktop and tablets).
