Just going to do a UUP to ISO before I click the restart now button

 

Reading from Known Issues: "You might notice checkboxes missing from certain Win32 apps. We’re investigating", that's first acknowledgment since 17025 has same problem.

 

Done on both devices, with the desktop completing the task about 15 minutes before the laptop.

 

I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

 

Ok - so AMD update is being blocked due to issue during update. I wonder what happens if you try and upgrade using an iso?

If anybody is willing to create an iso and pm me a link to 10 PRO, I could give it a go.

 

Intel is such a POS company. They rip people off for decades, and when AMD finally catches back up after the last time they criminally screwed that company over, then they start doing it again. I will never buy an intel chip again. So sick of companies like that getting away with everything. I wish AMD would sue the hell out of Intel. But they probably have the courts rigged also...

Microsoft will release build 17035 to AMD PCs when the bug has been fixed so it won't brick AMD PCs.

 

Welp, that lets me out for the HP desktop and HP lappy that have AMD processors. I can do the Lenovo, though. Won't be left entirely behind. *Sad

 

No problem here.....CPU Intel....GPU AMD.

 

I figure CountMike was just being silly; don't know about the second one, though. Kinda strong accusations.
