    Updated build announced by Gabe around 3 hours ago. 3 hours later still no build. Still wonder how people on this forum are able to get these builds so fast. Never could get it at the time that Gabe announced it (unless I was running a VM copy of the IP).

    Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 11082

    Basically this Insider Preview partition hasn't been touched since last Insider Preview build was flighted to us in the fast ring by Gabe Aul himself. In other words, I haven't done a repair install or clean install of 10586 (at least as far as I can recall).

    Just looked up when this Insider Preview was installed: 11/6/2015 at 8:25 pm. So the 30 day hole has passed for me....

    Don't know what to tell you unfortunately....

    Just now started up Win Ten for the day and got a notification about the new preview build. This is a preview machine it has never had the rtm on it. Not sure if that would change anything.

    Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 11082

    I am please to announce that Windows 10 Insider build 11082 is out now. And what a great time, because it's the same day as The Force Awakens that'll be released.

    You probably might not notice big improvements just as of yet as the team will be polishing around a little bit, but what will now happen is that you'll get the faster fast track which means that you'll have to be prepared, because you won't even notice that a build came out.

    Sorry if I didn't put the list of issues up on this post as my computer is downloading 11082 at the moment so when I come back online hopefully in a few couple of hours to post this.

    For what it's worth, Desktop is working on updating Windows while Lappy is told it's up to date and so far hasn't gotten anything positive.

    From Restart at 4:35 to finish at 5:30. Not bad, not bad. Clean install is still better and quicker, though. *Smile
