    As a work around, turn off:

    but then you will only see your accent color on the sign-in screen! *Confused

    (btw, this bug is only when you lock the display manually)

    I get it all the time. It is inconsistent as well - try changing the lock screen picture. On mine, I cannot display an account picture - I always get "grumpy cyclops".
