    Still initializing on both test machines (desktop and hybrid tablet). Will follow up if I run into any issues.

    [Follow-on report: After letting the machines "initialize" for TWO HOURS, I did the registry hack on my desktop to turn off UUP. Am leaving the tablet alone to grind as it sees fit, but have restarted under the "new regime" on the desktop. Will follow up as more time elapses...

    Good fix(es):
    We fixed an issue resulting in the screen flashing and explorer crashing in a loop for some Insiders if they entered Safe Mode on recent builds.
    We fixed an issue where a window might appear to get “stuck” on the mouse when releasing it after dragging to resize it – requiring an extra click to let go.
