    Made a full system backup by MR just this morning and did disk cleanup an hour ago. Now just to not forget to make ISO and turn printer on. while this is preparing to install.

    OK. Downloading 16188 now. Interesting -- version 16189 is now the Canary build. I just made Tracker Editor the PDF default reader but will test the new enhancements to Edge. In fact I'll just go ahead and uninstall Editor while I'm waiting on the download.

    I don't see a hidden $Windows.~BT folder on this build. Where is the initial download, err, downloading to?

    All done now but a small problem popped up. I still have non insider CU on second SSD and this time update didn't recognize that and tried to boot from it instead. Had to physically disconnect it ti finish update.

    My mobile has just started downloading build 15210.0 (feature 2)


    These are the fixes in Mobile build 15210:

    • We fixed an issue with the Glance screen where the time was not updating.
    • We fixed the token issue so when your device syncs to the service, text messages should show back up.
    And here are the known issues:

    • The copyright date is incorrect under Settings > System > About. It shows as 2016 when it should be 2017. Thanks to the Windows Insiders that reported this!
    • In some cases, the WeChat app may crash on launch.

    Done. 26 minutes from the time I hit "check for updates".

    Classic Desktop reg edit no longer works. my "Check for Updates" shortcut no longer works. MS is slowly turning off a lot of things I am used to having.

    Cortana requires location to be corresponding to display language. If your location is set to be Serbia, Cortana will not work and Cortana icon is not shown regardless if Cortana would normally be available on language version you are using.

    Not knowing if you are using the real or colonial English Windows, to get Cortana working and icon shown set computer location to USA if your display language is US English, and United Kingdom if display language is UK English.
