Think he means the time under his avatar on left, in this forum. If so, go to settings in your profile and adjust them. I just checked goatty2's profile....he's in UK with US Central Time Zone. That's a bit off! *Wink

Almost all explorer settings are reset with new updates.

Why not change the volume name (label) of the drive(s) using CMD instead? Make then permanent....

 

That's odd, Marty. I've always done it right in the properties of the partition, and never had it change.

 

The reason why I chose the delete option and reinstalled from the Store....as opposed to the reset

 

The re-install from the store did not work for me but the reset did. I hope someone told Microsoft about this feedback problem.

They already know, just yesterday I received an update and I think it was to fix that problem:

Wouldn't install here, it reset to the previous version.

 

Webcast went live just now.

 

New to Win 10 (fm Vista) and definitely new to the Insider program with just 3 versions installed so far (fast track). Luckily all has gone well but think this may be due to a new and somewhat devoid of programs computer. Thought the download and install froze up last night, but just a lengthy, 21/2 hour, upgrade.
Have learned a lot on the forums so far and have gained a lot of knowledge from the tutorials and just reading the posts. Tks.
