Mine too, but there's still nearly constant drive activity. It's when that stops that I get concerned.

 

Mine kind of slows a bit is all. CPU goes nuts during that.

The Samsung M2 drive I'm using has no activity light - annoying at times - BUT very fast - *Cool

 

SHOW OFF - I'm at the 77% stall - *Wink

 

It's not stalling at 75-76-77%, I'm watching it at 77% right now, and it's building c:$Windows.~BT\Sources.......etc. Lots of disk I/O. Not stalled, working it's rear-end off!

 

There are a bunch of SSDs earning their keep today

 

I do a manual trim just before check WU.......I know what it's gonna do! *Wink

 

Sorry. Don't know what to say. Nothing really maxes at all during the update.

They surely do, I should have installed UUP to ISO on second one so I can make ISO at same time. Now it's at ready, just to push enter when this finishes.

 

No maxing here, just lots of activity, as is normal.

 

Still at 77% hump, SSD still going nuts at 99-100%.

 

But...that begs the question: what's special about the last two builds (and random builds over the last couple years, but clearly a minority of them) where it should take exponentially longer to get through these spots? It's not like what's it's doing is 10x larger. It's the same size. It shouldn't vary like this from week to week.

 

The usual slowdown at 77% - now at 88% and seems to stall there this round

 

The whole delivery system has changed recently. You can't compare to two years ago,or even 2 months ago. It has changed, and will change more. They are testing.
