Annoying filename preview when scrolling in file explorer - 20H2

Just updated to 20H2 and the first thing I noticed was when you are scrolling through files in file explorer, a box pops up beside the scroll bar with preview text of the filenames of your folder. It pops up on top of your files and blocks the files I'm trying to find, its very annoying. How can I disable this?

Scroll bar keeps resetting in Windows File Explorer.

For some reason, when I'm browsing a long list of files, if I stop moving my scroll wheel for a few seconds, the scroll bar in the file explorer jumps back up to the very top. Which is annoying when I'm browsing a folder that has hundreds of files in it.
This only happens in the file explorer. Any suggestions?
