Windows 10: Annoying keyboard behavior with ctrl and other keys

Every time I press the ctrl left key in a browser whichever the browser is zooming out in 10% if I keep the left ctrl key pressed, the browser can zoom out at the maximum possibilities. Testing with a Microsoft Word document, pressing the left ctrl key writes a minus sign "-", like if the ctrl key were bonded to the minus sign, it can write as many "-" as I hold the ctrl key pressed. The right ctrl key is working normally.Other annoying behaviors of the keyboard are:- The key "9" of the right numeric pad is not working, just the number 9, the other numbers are working as always. - The minus

Ctrl key on German QWERTZ keyboard?

A while ago my dad bought a netbook online from Germany, we found out it did not have a QWERTY but a QWERTZ keyboard

We are not used to use this keyboard, where are the Ctrl keys, to copy/paste and such?
This keyboard has other keys that we never had/used before like alt-gr and str*Confused

Ctrl key on German QWERTZ keyboard?

Just tried the STRG key and yes thats the Ctrl key! *Stick Out Tongue
Did not try that before since I was not familiar with these keys.

Both CTRL keys not working

• Did you make any changes in your computer prior to this issue?

Follow the steps below and check if that helps.

Method 1: To check if Ctrl keys work in Onscreen keyboard.

• Press Windows Key + R and type osk and hit Enter.

Try using Ctrl keys and check if that helps.

if you still face the issue, try Method 2.

Method 2: Run the Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key + X, select
