Windows 10: annoying pop up that attempts to freeze my pc and makes a buzzing noise

I'm using Edge on the latest version of windows 10 on my pc. The latest updates are installed I have this very annoying pop up that makes a loud noise and tries to freeze my pc, I have run Windows Defender offline scan, DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, sfc /scannow to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated, at first it was only happening every week or so but its now causing problems almost daily

hey since windows was updated to windows 10 I've been having an issue every time I'm watching videos and i move my laptop to a different place, my laptop lost the wifi signal and then freezes and makes buzzing noises, so i have to restar the pc.

• Have you made any changes on your computer recently?
• Does it happen after installing an update?

You may run System File Checker and DISM Tool to check if there are corrupted system files that are causing the issue. To do this, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + X.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type each command and hit enter:
  
  sfc /scannow
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Laptop freezes and makes a buzzing noise

My laptop screen keeps freezing and making a buzzing noise even whrn I'm just playing music and not watching any videos. Its only been happening for the past few days and it happens randomly.

I have tried uninstalling amd reinstalling the audio driver but it still happens.

Laptop: Lenovo Z40-70

OS: Windows 10 home
