Windows 10: Another 0xC1900101 - 0x4000D The installation failed at the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error...

Today, I again tried to install W10 on my W7 PC via the Media Creation Tool. It seemed to be going OK, but, like for many other people, it failed and I got the message:


0xC1900101 - 0x4000D The installation failed at the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation

From looking around the net, it appears to be a bad driver that's causing the problem. Is there any way to find out what this driver is? I really would like to have W10 running before the W7 cutoff date.

• Is this the first time that you encountered this concern?
• Do you have any antivirus program installed on your PC? If so, did you disable it before you update your computer?

I Have the same issue upgrading from 1511.

Tried everything that I have found and still fails with error 0x01900101-0x4000D

Installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase during MIGRATE_DATA operation.

I have reinstalled and update all drivers

Any ideas?
