Windows 10: Another account showed on Startup and error message

From a few minutes, I have a new problem with Win10 post Anniversary Update.
I have just one account on my PC. I checked netplwiz and other stuff to be sure, but there is only one, mine, as administrator, and nothing more.


Now for some reason, Win 10 on startup login screen shows 2 account, and it says an error message about wrong name and password, and I have to manually insert password...and it works.
Both accounts have same name and same login user and password. But one is with generic pic, and the other one is with actual pic of my image. Both accounts works in the same way with same programs and other.
Why happened this? How can I remove this generic account if isn't in my account control panel?
Can be related to this?

EDIT: I resolved both problems simply logging a local account, then I re-log with my official account.

Please reply to the questions mentioned below.

1. Did you try deleting that user account?

2. Are you logged in as the administrator?

If you are logged in as administrator then try to follow the steps provided below and see if it helps you to fix the issue.

• Press the Windows key or click on Windows icon.

• Click on Settings.

• Click on Account.

• Now click on Family and other users.

• Click on the user account you are willing to remove.

• Click on Delete account and data for confirmation.

Please revert if that user account is still present.
