Windows 10: "Another instance of "Application" is already running error

This error appeared just today. When I open my application it says "Another instance of "Application" is already running even it isn't running. This happens when I open the app once and close and reopen, it says that error. I am on Windows 11. When the error appears, I go to the Task Manager and end task. This seem to work but, when I open the app once again and close then reopen, it still has the same error.I tried reinstalling the app but it still has the same problem and error.Here is the screenshot of the error. I hope someone could help me out!

Computer will randomly crash without a BSOD or Error and stays powered

Did that stuff with DDU step by step and had another crash just now while playing a game.

Saw a return of previous errors in the Event Manager.
