Windows 10: Another Money App 'An error occurred, try refreshing' Error

I was using the Money app on a daily basis. Not sure if it was the latest update, but I do believe the Money app was working fine after the last round of updates for Patch Tuesday.The issue is, when I click on the Money app, an error loads for the 'Home' and 'Watchlist' page. I've tried terminating the app, reseting the app, and uninstalling the app -- multiple times. On reload I get the exact same error, 'An error occurred, try refreshing?' Clicking the 'refresh this page' link does nothing.Nothing is being block on the network level. It's not a firewall or DNS issue.Seems like my only soluti

Following refresh, have errors updating Windows and installing apps

I did a refresh on my Windows 10 desktop the other day, to see if it would free up space on my boot drive by eliminating stuff I didn't use. That seems to have worked, but I am getting errors in Windows update:




and also installing MS Store apps:




I have tried re-booting, signing out/in of account, downloading and running Windows Update troubleshooter, and clearing Windows update cache with batch file that: stops BITS, stops Windows Update service, deletes cache and re-starts Windows Update service and BITS.

None of those steps fixed my problems, and I am open to suggestions as how to fix this

 

harddrive error testing software

Well so far in the past two days I've had 3 lock ups followed by an error saying "a disk read error occurred"

I need some type of software to test my harddrive and make sure it's ok.

Suggestions?

 

CRC error

As some of you may know, I'm working on an ultimate sort of driver for the ADI1988 CODEC. Its going quite well, all files\mods are compiled, and the inf is written. However, there is one error that eludes me... basically cos I'm not an uber leet programmer.. yet.

The error is;




Now, before its suggest, no I haven't replaced this file, the file being used is the original file so this error, to me at least, shouldn't be occurring as I only know this error to occur if the file is replaced with an older\newer one compared to the installer being used.

So, anyone got any ideas? /nudge W1z? *Big Grin
