Windows 10: Another problem appear in my laptop after i downgrade from windows 11 to windows 10

Sorry if my grammar is badAfter downgrading to win 10, my keyboard have a problem with letter S, D and G This keyboard plugged into keyboard port . These keycap is not completely unusable because when i restart the laptop, it become normal and i can use it a while. But later these key cap disable again. So i try to update and re-install this keyboard in device manager but nothing happen and this situation still continue on my laptopMy laptop is Aspire E 15Do you guys have some tip, please HELP

laptop DVD drive not appearing on windows?

Well my cousin is coming down soon with his laptop to get his DVD drive fixed because on my computers his DVD drive isn't appeared on the list,he can eject his DVD drive but it doesn't appear on windows..anyone know how to fix this?? would entering bios help?? would i be able to format it?

So I've tried the Windows 10 Pro Technical Preview Build 9926,... So far so good i like it, it appears to already have DX12.

At list i have an old Laptop to test it on,.. it's good so far and i highly think I'll be upgrading to it day on of release.
