Windows 10: Another WiFi not waking out of Sleep/Hibernation

I see that Win10 has a problem losing the wifi connection when recovering from Sleep or Hibernation. Well this is driving me NUTS. I've a new (for me) Dell XPS that is having this problem. I have searched everywhere and tried everything I've found (that sounded realistic) - no joy.
Latest Drivers; this is an Intel AC 76xx.
I've edited the Group Policy for keeping the NIC on during sleep, turned off win10's control if the device to save power etc. No joy. Every 4th or 5th time it comes out of hibernation (which is what I have it do now), I've got to restart the bloody machine so that the WiFi sees the 'net. The odd thing is that it will ALWAYS see the LAN and, looking at it's settings, it has all the IP's it should. A fixed IP (so I can find it on the LAN)/Gateway/DNS Servers etc, yet it can't see the 'net, only the LAN. I swapped the NIC with no joy.
Is this just the way Win10 is? Am I going to have to live with this?

I only get hibernate and allow wake timers not allow hybrid sleep.

WIndows 10 will not wake up from sleep or hibernation

I am running windows 10 19041.388 on an HP All in One PC and cannot get it to wake up from sleep. I have done the following:

1. Allow mouse and keyboard to allow device to wake up computer.
2. Updated drivers
3. Turn off fast start up
4. Re-enable Hibernation via Command Prompt
5. USB Selective Suspend Setting - Disabled

I have tried the above steps using both a wired HP mouse and a wireless Jelley Comb mouse
