    Antagonism between keyboard and volume


    I have a Lenovo 300e 2nd Gen Laptop with Windows 10 I came back from Windows 11 because I thought it was a hardware compatibility bug and driver stuff The problem persists There are two situations 1.- When the keyboard works, the volume automatically drops to 0 or mute 2.- When the keyboard does not work, the volume works and I can adjust it 3.-The Windows key does not work 4.-Already remove the updates of the driversHelp
