Three Services - High Usage of CPU

I have been using Google to find any solution but all it says that Windows Defender is scanning the whole PC. Is that really necessary? Does it include all three services listed above? It's weird. I've been having a lot of frame drops/spikes while gaming (League of Legends). First I thought it's because of a new patch but now I'm quite certain that it has been like that because of those services.

My Specs (+ GPU: GTX 1060 6 GB)

Other than that: Razer Deathadder, Razer Kraker TE, Logitech G413

I've noticed this issues two to three days ago and the PC has been running a few hours each day.

    Any idea?

Edit: Something's changed! What the heck is going on?

    Antimalware Service Executable High CPU

I am experiencing high CPU usage on the Antimalware Service Executable on my Surface Pro i7 1 tb (2017). This has been going on for a couple of months. It makes my computer almost unusable. The CPU sits at 100% any time I try to use it. The CPU has
over 50% usage when nothing is being run in the foreground all the time (24 hours a day). The April update was just installed and the Antimalware Service Executable is still running at over 40% of the CPU utilization.
