Windows 10: Antimalware service executable eats memory

title. it's always taking 200-300 mb of memory.I tried:disable windows security, got hit with this setting is managed by your non existent administratorend task, got access is deniescommand prompt things, did nothingedit group policy, did nothingenable disableantispyware in regedit, got hit with access is deniedtried to give myself permission to enable disableantispyware, access is deniedin case I missed any, I basically tried everything you can find online. no matter what I do, either nothing happens, access is denied or this setting is managed by your administratorI'm about to flip this is

Antimalware service executable is taking much memory, I've tried to change windows defender's schedule and add antimalware service executable to windows defender exclusion list and none of those worked.
